Role Overview

NFU Energy is a leading energy consultant for agriculture and related industries, providing expert advice on all aspects of energy. We are seeking a Junior Business Development Executive to join our sales team, proactively targeting warm leads and increasing sales revenue from businesses.

About the Role
  • To achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets through effective implementation of sales and marketing strategies
  • To target new business opportunities and increase sales revenue
  • To maintain and develop effective sales processes
Key Responsibilities
  1. Proactive lead generation and relationship building
  2. Closing deals and meeting sales targets
  3. Implementing sales/service enhancements
Requirements

We require candidates with 12-18 months experience in technical B2B sales, proficient in CRM/sales management systems, and able to meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets.

What We Offer

In return, you will receive a salary of £25,000, dependent on experience, 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays), plus company benefits including pension, group life assurance, NFU membership, and more.
