About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Practitioner to join our team at DHU Healthcare. As a Clinical Practitioner, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the transformation of our healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert clinical care to patients, utilizing your knowledge and skills to assess, diagnose, and treat a range of conditions.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans, ensuring seamless patient care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new healthcare initiatives, driving innovation and improvement in patient outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement activities, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals, promoting a culture of compassion and respect.
Requirements
  • Registered Adult Nurse, Paramedic, or Pharmacist with the relevant professional body.
  • Experience in autonomous practice, working in a multi-professional team, and utilizing physical examination and assessment skills.
  • Strong knowledge of complex and common conditions in primary care, including adults and children.
  • Experience in nurse-led clinics, emergency care centers, out-of-hours facilities, or walk-in centers.
  • Ability to administer and supply medication via PGD or Independent Prescribing experience.
