Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Practitioner to join our team. As an Advanced Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working autonomously without direct supervision.
Key Responsibilities- Practice autonomously without direct supervision.
- Utilize advanced clinical skills to assess, diagnose, treat, and refer patients requiring clinical services.
- Recognize the need for and initiate relevant diagnostic investigations.
- Recognize the need for and initiate advice from relevant specialisms.
- Exhibit excellent nonverbal and verbal communication skills when dealing with patients and carers.
- Make clear decisions with confidence and communicate them effectively.
- Registered Adult Nurse registered with the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC).
- Paramedic registered with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Pharmacist registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- Registered as an independent non-medical prescriber.
- A minimum of 2 modules at Level 7.
- One module must have included assessment of clinical examination skills.
- Pay enhancements with additional hourly shift and weekend allowances and overtime.
