We are seeking an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our team at North Thames Genomics Laboratory Hub. As a key member of our Cardiology department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our clinical services.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive clinical assessments and develop treatment plans for patients with complex cardiac conditions.
- Work collaboratively with medical and nursing staff to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.
- Provide education and training to junior staff and students.
- Registration with the relevant professional body (NMC or HCPC).
- Master's degree level education in a relevant field.
- Experience in a similar role or relevant clinical experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
