About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SEN behaviour support worker to join our team at a primary school in Preston. The ideal candidate will have a background in working with students with SEMH needs and be able to provide individualised support to promote positive behaviour.

The successful applicant will work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop strategies to meet the needs of students with complex behaviours. This will involve providing one-to-one support, leading small group sessions and collaborating with parents and carers to ensure consistent approaches.
