Support Worker

Axcis Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to provide essential support to a group of pupils with SEMH, ASD, and challenging behaviour.
This is a full-time, long-term maternity cover position requiring experience working with students with diverse needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored pastoral care and support to students with SEMH, ASD, and challenging behaviour.
- Support students in overcoming challenges to achieve their full potential.
- Experience working with students with SEMH, ASD, or Challenging Behaviour.
- A positive, patient, and resilient approach to supporting young people.
- An Enhanced Child and Adult DBS on the update service.
A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
This is a temporary position unless stated otherwise.
