Job Description

Veritas Education Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Support Worker to join our team in Preston. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and autism.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and autism
  2. Work collaboratively with other professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans
  3. Support individuals with challenging behaviors and develop strategies to manage them
  4. Maintain accurate records and reports as required
  5. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Estimated Salary: £28,000 per annum
