">Creative Support Ltd is seeking committed individuals to support women with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, and trauma histories in our Preston Trauma Service. The service operates 24/7, providing a safe and nurturing environment for the ladies.
">Responsibilities
">You will be involved in supporting women with their individual needs, promoting independence, and maintaining a calm environment. This includes creating structure, boundaries, and routines to ensure a safe and predictable space. You will also be responsible for facilitating activities, completing daily tasks, and contributing to the effective running of the home.
">Requirements
">We are looking for compassionate and reliable individuals who can provide a person-centred approach to care. Experience in the care sector is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided. A willingness to work across multiple services to meet the needs of our ladies is essential.
">Benefits
">As a Care Worker with Creative Support, you will receive a competitive salary (£23,000 - £25,000 per annum), pension contributions, 28 days Annual Leave, and company-paid enhanced DBS. You will also have the opportunity to work towards a QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care.
