Resident Care Worker

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to fill the role of Resident Care Worker at one of our care homes. As a Resident Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing person-centred care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key responsibilities include assisting residents with daily living tasks, providing emotional support and companionship, and creating a positive and inclusive environment. You will also work collaboratively with other members of the care team to ensure high-quality care.
We offer a competitive salary of £13-£16 per hour, depending on experience, plus opportunities for training and career development.
