  • Providing personal and practical care to residents, including assisting with activities of daily living
  • Collaborating with other staff members to maintain a safe, comfortable, and dignified environment for residents
  • Contributing to the development of individualized care plans, ensuring resident-centered care and support

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • NVQ Level 2 health and social care or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, demonstrating resilience and adaptability
