About the Job

This role involves handling up to 40 calls per day and working to resolve issues efficiently. You will also have the opportunity to participate in team huddles and receive ongoing training to improve your skills and knowledge.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles, ideally in the pensions industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities

The salary for this role is approximately £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, based on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including paid time off and opportunities for career growth.
