**Role Summary:**

We are looking for a dedicated Wellbeing Practitioner to work in our Retirement Village in Chester, supporting the wellbeing of our residents and ensuring their safety during emergencies.

The ideal candidate will have experience as an emergency responder or EMT, with a focus on responding to emergency calls and assessing the situation to provide the best possible outcome.

  • Key responsibilities include administering first aid and basic medical care, ensuring residents and staff understand the emergency call system, and conducting wellbeing baseline assessments.

You will also be responsible for promoting wellbeing initiatives, such as healthy eating programs and self-help groups, and coordinating with emergency services as needed.

**Benefits Include:**

  • $52,000 - $70,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
