About the Role

Securitas Security Services is seeking a highly skilled Resilience and Response Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Security Operations Centre, you will be responsible for providing critical support during emergency situations, ensuring the safety and security of our communities.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure. A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a Security Operational Centre role is required, along with relevant licenses such as SIA frontline and CCTV licenses.

We are offering a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, dependent on location and experience. Our team members enjoy a range of benefits, including guaranteed hours, career growth opportunities, and flexible shift patterns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Emergency Call Handling: Manage medical emergency calls and incidents, responding professionally and swiftly to alert Incident Responders across sites.
  • Fire Alarm System Management: Handle fire alarm notifications and mobilize the on-site Fire and Rescue Service efficiently.
  • Aerodrome Emergencies: Notify and mobilize resources for aerodrome emergencies.
  • Agency Coordination: Mobilize County Fire and Rescue Service and other agencies as needed or per SOPs.
