Bid Response Specialist

The successful candidate will support the Business Development Team in winning new business by coordinating and responding to end-to-end tender/bid processes, while supporting the creation of sales marketing collateral at both Great Bear and Culina Group levels.
You will drive quality throughout the bid process and consistency of output across the bid team, manage meeting scheduling, and act as a key liaison with marketing leads.

- Manage the scheduling of meetings for both bid response and marketing project activities in accordance with the objectives of the bid/project and customer expectations.
- Act as key liaison with marketing leads from other Business Units within Culina Group.
Additional responsibilities include supporting marketing for promotional and networking events; set-up, corporate giveaways, bespoke brochures, promotional videos, advertising campaigns.
