Urgent Response Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled ST3 Doctor to join our Paediatrics and Neonates team. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in managing a wide range of paediatric and neonatal conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care to paediatric and neonatal patients, including initial assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Participate in ward rounds, outpatient clinics, and the acute management of unwell children and neonates.
- Assist in stabilisation and transfer of critically ill neonates or paediatric patients as required.
- Communicate effectively with families and caregivers, providing clear explanations and updates on patient care.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes for patients.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Participate in teaching, audits, and quality improvement initiatives within the department.
Skills Required:
- Clinical Knowledge: Sound understanding of paediatric and neonatal medicine, including acute and chronic care management.
- Decision-Making: Ability to assess and manage a range of paediatric and neonatal conditions, including emergencies.
Salary:** £62,000 - £82,000 per annum depending on experience.
