About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Amazon Growth Manager to join our dynamic team at Peak21. As a key member of our e-commerce growth team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive Amazon growth strategies for our portfolio brands.

This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will work closely with our experienced and entrepreneurial team to drive growth and innovation in the D2C sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Grow our portfolio brands on Amazon through product listing optimization, inventory management, and growth tactics.
  • Provide guidance to PPC teams to align PPC campaigns with overall growth strategies and SEO efforts.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to improve product visuals, including images and videos, ensuring they effectively showcase the product.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance metrics, and provide regular reports and insights to inform strategy adjustments.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (PPC, SEO, and Commercial) and external partners to drive the execution of growth strategies.
Requirements
  • 2 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, preferably in an Amazon-related role.
  • A proven track record of successfully managing Amazon accounts and driving growth.
  • Deep understanding of Amazon SEO, PPC, product listing optimization, and catalog management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in using Amazon Seller Central and related tools.
  • Self-motivated and diligent team player personality.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
