Quality Improvement Manager

The successful candidate will be a highly motivated and experienced Quality Engineer who can contribute to the improvement of quality standards in our client's manufacturing facilities. The role involves analyzing non-conformance data, implementing corrective actions and collaborating with the manufacturing teams to drive quality improvements.
Your Key Tasks- Analyze and interpret non-conformance data to identify trends and risks.
- Develop and implement effective corrective actions to address quality issues.
- Facilitate collaborative problem-solving activities with the manufacturing teams.
Essential Requirements:
- HNC/HND in a relevant subject or equivalent work experience.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to use data to drive quality improvements.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Salary: around £50,000 - £65,000 per year, depending on experience.
