Job Purpose:

This role is pivotal in supporting operational colleagues where managerial shortfalls exist, either in quantity or quality. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that services identified as at risk are brought up to standard as quickly as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Act as a Quality Improvement Lead in services requiring support to improve the service and meet regulatory requirements.
  2. Work closely with the Midlands Performance Director to identify solutions for at-risk services.
  3. Develop and implement service improvement plans for specific services identified as at risk.
  4. Lead on the implementation of those plans and provide ongoing support to ensure compliance and improvement against agreed targets.

The Organisation:

CareTech Community Services Ltd is a leading provider of specialist social care services supporting vulnerable adults across the UK. We offer innovative care pathways for individuals to live in community settings and take control of their lives.

Successful candidates will be required to complete an enhanced DBS disclosure prior to commencement of employment, with the expense met by the employer.

Salary: £40,000 per annum, plus car allowance of £3,600.
