**Responsibilities**:

- Assist healthcare professionals in providing care to patients according to their individual needs
- Follow care plans meticulously, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, reporting any changes or concerns to the appropriate personnel
- Provide assistance with personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing as required
- Assist patients with mobility and transfers, prioritizing their comfort and safety
- Administer medications under the supervision of a nurse or physician, adhering to established protocols
- Assist with medical procedures as needed, maintaining professionalism and empathy throughout
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, adhering to infection control protocols
- Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and members of the healthcare team, fostering trust and collaboration

**Experience**:

- Basic IT skills for documentation purposes
- Proficient in English for effective communication with patients and colleagues
- Familiarity with care plans and procedures in home care or care home settings is a plus
- A valid driver's license may be required for certain positions

Pay: £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
