As a Senior Quality Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in shaping the quality of care and support provided by Creative Support. You will carry out quality audits and inspections, contribute to quality improvement and turnaround programmes, assist services with quality improvement work, and participate in Social Care Governance processes through attendance at meetings, preparing and presenting reports, and reviewing information received at Head Office.
