Brand and Communications Marketing Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Brand and Communications Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team at Climate Action. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in elevating our key portfolio events and main brand Climate Action by developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a marketing and communications strategy across key portfolio events and the main Climate Action brand, including activities across owned channels such as web, email, and social media.
- Develop and maintain brand identity across key collateral, including website, social media, brochures, reports, and event signage.
- Develop brand voice, positioning, and messaging across key portfolios and the Climate Action brand.
- Research and secure key media and PR relationships and opportunities to further elevate the brand.
- Act as Brand Ambassador, implementing and maintaining brand guidelines and consistency across Climate Action's digital and in-person presence.
- Manage internal and external communications through oversight of copywriting across web, social, and email.
Requirements:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent in Communications, Marketing, or Advertising.
- At least 3 years of experience in communications, brand marketing, digital, social, advertising, or a related field.
- A passion and understanding for climate change policy and environmental issues.
- An agile approach to working, with the ability to review results and adjust plans as needed to optimize results.
- Excellent project and time management, organization, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently.
- You are analytical with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
