International Brand Manager, Haircare & Consumer Healthcare

Location: Central London/WFH hybrid

Contract: 2 year FTC

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the marketing and NPD efforts across European markets and a portfolio of brands. This will involve directly managing agencies in each territory and through appointed distributors. Where distributors are not used, the International Brand Manager will be an extension of the local brand marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop winning, insight-led brand plans that drive brand equity and revenue growth.
  • Manage a significant number of projects concurrently, requiring strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and achieve ambitious targets.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform brand strategy and decision-making.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, agencies, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in international brand management, with a strong understanding of European markets.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to travel internationally, with a valid passport and willingness to work flexible hours.
