International Brand Manager, Haircare & Consumer Healthcare

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced International Brand Manager to lead our marketing and NPD efforts across European markets and a portfolio of brands. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing winning, insight-led brand plans that drive brand equity and revenue growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead the marketing and NPD efforts across European markets and a portfolio of brands.
  • Develop and implement winning, insight-led brand plans that drive brand equity and revenue growth.
  • Manage a significant number of projects concurrently, including trade marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with local brand marketing teams and agencies to achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform brand strategy and decision-making.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in international brand management, with a strong understanding of European markets.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to travel internationally, as required.
