Job Description

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies, marketing plans, and product innovations to drive product growth internationally. As the brand lead for international markets, you will partner with an expert team to develop and implement brand strategies that align with the company's vision and mission.

This role requires the expertise of someone who has experience launching or managing a brand's expansion within international markets, as well as the ability to communicate effectively in French and/or Italian.

  • Brand Custodian

Serve as the brand custodian outside the UK, ensuring the brand consistently reflects its values and beliefs in international markets.

Brand Positioning

Develop strong brand positioning based on consumer insights and clear brand aspirations.

Brand Strategy

Collaborate with external agencies to establish the brand as a global lifestyle entity.

Brand Vision and Mission

Define, communicate, and ensure a shared understanding of the brand's vision and mission.

Go-to-Market Plans

Translate brand strategies into effective, practical, and ambitious go-to-market plans.

Performance Benchmarks

Establish performance benchmarks, including KPIs, to track and measure brand health over time.

Campaign Evaluation

Evaluate and report the performance of marketing campaigns based on ROI and KPI outcomes.

Brand Plan and Strategy

Collaborate with the Marketing team to craft a cohesive brand plan and strategy tailored for international markets.

Brand Proposition

Develop and maintain a distinctive brand proposition, including visual identity and tone of voice, aligning with the brand ethos.

Brand Identity Guidelines

Maintain and update Brand Identity Guidelines, ensuring easy access and usability for employees and creative partners.

Internal Brand Champion

Serve as the internal Brand Champion, ensuring all teams, both within and outside the UK, understand and adhere to brand guidelines.

Requirements

  • Education

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in communications, marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Experience

Proven experience successfully implementing brands in international markets.

Language Skills

Fluency in English as well as Italian and/or French.

Marketing Expertise

Extensive experience in developing brand and marketing strategies.

Communication Skills

Excellent communicator, able to create compelling brand stories.

Campaign Execution

Experience in executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels (agency and/or client side).

Digital Marketing

Up-to-date with digital marketing techniques and social media trends.

Creativity

Highly creative with the ability to think outside the box.

Design Skills

Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop is a plus.
