Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans that align with the overall brand objectives, defining goals, identifying target audiences, and selecting appropriate channels and tactics to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Advertising Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including PPC, display, retargeting, and native advertising, managing campaign budgets and monitoring performance to ensure KPIs and ROI targets are met.
  • P&L Management of Digital Sales Channels: Oversee the management of digital sales channels, particularly on platforms like TikTok Shop, ensuring sales targets are met, managing content calendars, scheduling live events, and driving advertising and affiliate activities.
  • Social Media Management: Lead the brand's social media presence across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and Snapchat, creating engaging content, managing content calendars, and fostering community engagement while staying updated on platform trends and algorithm changes.

  • Content Creation and Distribution: Work with internal teams, stylists, creators, and media partners to develop compelling digital content that aligns with the brand's tone and values, ensuring content is distributed effectively across relevant digital channels.
  • Influencer and Professional Beauty Experts - Relationships: Partner with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager to manage influencer strategies, including organic, paid, and affiliate channels, cultivating relationships with key industry influencers and industry experts to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
  • UK/EMEA Digital Marketing Strategy: Lead the digital marketing strategy for the UK and EMEA regions, ensuring content adaptation for local markets while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Amazon Advertising: Collaborate with the Brand Marketing Director and Amazon account manager to develop and execute advertising strategies on Amazon DSP and AMS, managing the advertising budget to ensure campaigns achieve performance objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing digital marketing strategies for luxury brands, with a preference for experience in the beauty or hair care industries.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Shop, Pinterest Ads, Amazon AMS, and DSP.
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and PowerBI.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • A creative thinker with a strong eye for detail and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing and mentoring a team of digital marketing professionals.
  • Specific experience in managing the P&L for digital sales channels, particularly on platforms like TikTok Shop, is highly desirable.
