Social Account Director Role

At Sphere Digital Recruitment, we are seeking a highly skilled Social Account Director to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in conceptualizing, designing, and delivering social and paid content, along with independently managing that content in collaboration with the client.

The Role

  • Lead social and paid content projects, providing clear direction, overseeing quality, and ensuring strategic alignment with client needs.
  • Collaborate on both short-term project briefs and long-term brand/marketing planning, supporting the Business Director.
  • Build strong client relationships, manage communications, and exceed expectations while ensuring profitability and identifying new opportunities.
  • Drive impactful creative work with internal teams, refocusing efforts as needed with strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Maintain expertise in social media, paid content production, and data-led initiatives, while mentoring and motivating the team to achieve client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Manage and maintain social media content calendars, ensuring timely and relevant posting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute paid social media campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media marketing, with a strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of social media advertising platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.
