Job Summary

We are seeking a Global Compliance Strategist to support compliance with contractual agreements and manage audits of those arrangements carried out by third-party audit firms.

The role involves working with the Global Chief Compliance Officer, Global Compliance Directors, and client finance and legal teams to ensure obligations and risks are understood and deliverables timetabled for each client.

Key Responsibilities

  • To develop and implement Mediabrands-wide audit protocols, outlining the audit approach and key steps for all audits, defining roles and responsibilities across financial, legal, media, IT/data, client teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Supporting local teams in delivering information to third-party auditors and ensuring client audits are structured and managed effectively.

How We Work

This is a full-time position with a five-day workweek, sitting in the UK but collaborating with colleagues worldwide. Hybrid working from our London office and home-based setup allows for flexibility.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Contract Management and Financial Contract Compliance practices in the media planning and buying industry.
  • Familiarity with media industry practices, related legal/contractual client and media agency requirements, associated controls, and professional standards.
  • Fluency in English; any additional languages preferred.
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills combined with excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and discretion.
  • Ability to demonstrate sound judgment, integrity, and professional ethics.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and possessing strong time management skills.
  • Teamwork skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Business acumen, finance, and analytic background.
  • Solid experience in finance, audit, compliance, risk, or related fields.

Salary Estimate

The estimated salary range for this position is £65,000-£80,000 per year, depending on experience.
