About the Role

Civica is a leading provider of software solutions for public services, and we're seeking a skilled Customer Service Account Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our Healthcare Medical Billing Division, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our billing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client accounts and provide timely and accurate billing and payment processing
  • Ensure high-quality customer service through effective communication and issue resolution
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing and payment discrepancies
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business growth and retention
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
  • Experience in customer service or a related field
