About the Role

Civica UK Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Healthcare Medical Billing Division as a Customer Service Account Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring timely and accurate billing and payment processing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client accounts, including creating and allocating billing, payments, and reconciliations
  • Provide top-notch support to doctors and consultants via phone and email
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions
Requirements
  • Excellent IT skills, including MS Office
  • Organized and detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy
  • Experience working in a fast-paced office environment
  • Strong numerical and literacy skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
