About the Role

Civica UK Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Healthcare Medical Billing Division as a Customer Service Account Administrator. As the main point of contact for client accounts, you will be responsible for creating billing, allocating payments, and managing aged debt. Your excellent communication skills and positive attitude will ensure that our clients receive a high level of care via phone and email.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creating and managing billing, payments, and aged debt for client accounts
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone and email
  • Working closely with the team to ensure seamless account management and resolution of any issues
Requirements
  • Excellent IT skills, including MS Office
  • Organized and detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy
  • Experience working in a busy office environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
