Responsibilities include:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Support the recruitment process by creating job postings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and evaluating candidates.

Employee Relations:

  • Address employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.

HR Operations:

  • Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, attendance, and leave records.
  • Support benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and communication with benefits providers.

This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. The estimated salary for this position is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, which includes a range of benefits such as pension plan, health insurance, and professional development opportunities.
