The Role


The HR Coordinator is an essential member of the People Operations team at GroupM, providing administrative support to facilitate the smooth running of the HR Department. This role involves delivering efficient administrative services that enable the HR team to focus on strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, maintaining accurate records, and adhering to regulatory requirements.



Responsibilities



  • Providing exceptional customer service by responding promptly to employee queries and managing the team shared inbox, prioritizing tasks and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Ensuring new joiners meet UK working rights requirements, verifying documentation, and maintaining Visa expiry trackers to prevent lapses in employment eligibility.
  • Issuing contracts, new starter packs, and payroll documents while confirming roles are authorized and necessary details are completed.
  • Managing reference checks, DBS checks, and leaver processing, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining accurate HR data in Workday, tracking payroll amendments, and submitting monthly payroll on Workday and all relevant trackers.
  • Performing various HR-related tasks, such as salary review letters, QPP letters, audit actions, and GDPR compliance.
  • Coordinating learning and development programs and updating personnel files to ensure SOX compliance.
  • Supporting quarterly index reports, CSR reporting, and ad-hoc reporting from the HRIS to inform key stakeholders.


Requirements


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will have:



  • Experience in an HR environment or a similar field.
  • A keen eye for detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • A strong understanding of HR policies, processes, and systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Basic knowledge of HR systems, preferably Workday.


What We Offer
