The successful candidate will assist the HR team with a range of generalist matters and support on strategic projects.

  • Act as the first point of contact for HR queries
  • Support with onboarding and new joiner administration
  • Assist with performance and salary reviews
  • Manage leaver administration and coordinate exit interviews
  • Provide administrative support on employment-related matters
  • Liaise with the payroll team
  • Maintain the HR database and report on key metrics
  • Support with projects and initiatives

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have previous HR administration experience in a professional services environment and a demonstrated interest in HR. A CIPD qualification is considered an asset.
