Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Job Type: Part-time

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Generalist to join Totum Partners on a part-time basis (3 days a week).

This is a true generalist opportunity, and responsibilities will include:

  • Providing support on a range of HR matters, including employment policies, performance management, and absence management.
  • Responsible for supporting the employee lifecycle processes covering new joiners, leavers, family leave, and flexible working requests.
  • Recruitment: Assisting with speculative enquiries, collating CVs, organizing interviews, and preparing offer paperwork.
  • Updating the HR system and assisting with ad hoc HR requests.

Key Skills Required:

  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Enthusiastic and committed approach to HR practices.
  • Proactive mindset, with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages.
