Get Recruited Ltd is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and acquiring new customers.
About the Role
- You will spend 80% of your time focusing on new business development, generating leads, gathering contact details, and maintaining relationships with existing clients in the industry.
- You will acquire new customers by selling a solution that meets their needs.
About You
- You must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of hitting targets.
- You should be fluent in Spanish or Portuguese and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to sell in a consultative way and build long-term relationships with clients.
- Highly motivated with strong organisational skills and a focus on identifying new opportunities.
