Personal Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team and provide administrative support to our academics.
- Manage travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodations, as needed.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Fixed Term Contract
- Full-time working pattern
The hourly rate for this position is £13.00 - £14.00 per hour.
Responsibilities:This role involves providing high-level administrative support to our academics, including managing travel arrangements, coordinating meetings and events, and maintaining accurate records.
You will also be responsible for ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, and that deadlines are met.
In order to succeed in this role, you will need to be highly organized, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to learn new software quickly.
