Clinical Support Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team at Alliance Medical Ltd as a Clinical Support Coordinator.
The successful candidate will provide pivotal support to our clinical teams and patients, ensuring the smooth running of the Centre. As a key member of the reception team, you will work directly with patients in the clinical environment, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals with an interest in healthcare.

Job ResponsibilitiesThe main responsibilities of this role include:
- Reception duties
- Supporting all incoming queries into the centre
- Chaperoning
- Bookings of appointments
- Processing of patients via our E-Systems
We operate a robust pre-employment screening process for all roles, which includes proof of professional registration and qualifications, DBS checking, and occupational health assessments.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you must be able to demonstrate:
- Excellent communication skills, as you will be both patient-facing and using the telephone
- A compassionate and enthusiastic demeanor
- A flexible, organised, and enthusiastic attitude is essential
Experience in an administration role is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided. We require experience using Microsoft Office skills, organising filing systems, and computer files, IT literacy, the ability to work well under pressure, and the ability to multi-task.
