About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a personal support partner, assisting a dynamic individual in various social settings.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing companionship and support during social events and outings.
  • Helping with daily living tasks and promoting independence.
  • Acting as a representative when required, communicating on behalf of the individual.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fluent English language proficiency.
  • A current UK driver's license and basic computer skills.
  • Previous experience working with individuals with Autism or similar needs.
  • Flexibility to adjust to changing schedules and circumstances.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Enhanced DBS certification.
  • Public liability insurance.
  • Registration with HMRC.
