We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified Educational Facilitator to join our Adult Education and Community Learning team at North Lincolnshire Council. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tutor to plan and deliver workshops and courses for adult learners aged 19+.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging learning experiences in various subject areas, including English, maths, IT, Health and Wellbeing, Employability, Childcare and Family Learning, and Art or Cooking.

As an Educational Facilitator, you will have the autonomy to develop and lead your own courses, leveraging your expertise to create interactive and inclusive learning environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver high-quality educational programs for adult learners
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans and activities
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and evaluation
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and resources
