Graduate Learning Facilitator

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic graduates to join our team as Cover Supervisors in a Scunthorpe Secondary School.
In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining continuity in learning when teachers are unavailable. You will oversee classrooms, support student learning, and develop skills essential for a career in teaching or education.
We offer a competitive salary of £18,500 - £21,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:Managing Classrooms:
- Ensure students stay on task and maintain a positive learning environment
- Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and adapt to any challenges that arise
Supporting Student Learning:
- Provide guidance and support to students who require additional help
- Work collaboratively with teachers to ensure seamless transitions
