Children's Art Development Coach

art-K Oxford is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to serve as a Children's Art Development Coach. In this role, you will work closely with our art teachers to design and deliver engaging art programs, promote creativity and self-expression, and foster a love of art among our students.
Your duties will include creating and implementing lesson plans, conducting workshops, and providing individualized support to students. To succeed in this position, you must have a solid understanding of art principles, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and students.
The salary range for this position is £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Our benefits package includes comprehensive health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development. The working hours are 16 hours per week, Saturdays 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM, with a 7.5-hour unpaid break.
