We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Studio Support Teacher to join our team at art-K in Oxford. As a Studio Support Teacher, you will play a vital role in supporting our Art Teachers with session planning, preparation, and execution, ensuring students have a positive and engaging experience in our studio.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in teaching and art education, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with our Art Teachers to deliver skill-based programmes, providing support and guidance to students as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting Art Teachers with session planning and preparation
- Preparing and leading classes
- Running workshops and ad-hoc cover
Requirements:
- An art degree or equivalent skills
- Experience teaching/working with children
- A long-term commitment to previous roles
