About the Job
We are seeking a talented and motivated Lead Art Educator to join our team at art-K in Oxford. As a Lead Art Educator, you will play a key role in delivering skill-based art programmes, supporting our Art Teachers with session planning, preparation, and execution, and ensuring students have a great experience in our studio.

The successful candidate will possess an art degree or equivalent skills, experience teaching/working with children, and a long-term commitment to previous roles. They will work closely with our Art Teachers to deliver high-quality programmes, providing support and guidance to students as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting Art Teachers with session planning and preparation
  • Preparing and leading classes
  • Running workshops and ad-hoc cover
