We are seeking an experienced Child Development Coach to join our team at Co-Operative Energy Ltd. This role offers a competitive salary of £32,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the leadership and development of your team, providing direction, guidance, leadership, and expertise.
You will work closely with our Quality Excellence team to achieve all-round outstanding results and contribute to our Nursery's vision of being the leading early years provider. Our comprehensive benefits package includes discounts and perks, such as up to 20% off food shopping and 60% off childcare fees.
Key Responsibilities:
- To develop and implement effective educational programs for children aged 0-5
- To lead and manage a team of Early Years educators
- To maintain high standards of education and care for children
- To work collaboratively with other teams to achieve our nursery's goals
Requirements:
- A degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Experience in leading a team and managing a classroom environment
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage and Ofsted inspections
- A clear enhanced DBS check
