Child Development Practitioner

**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Child Development Practitioner to join our team at Sandfield Day Nursery in Headington, Oxford. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and development of young children.

**Responsibilities and Requirements**:

  • To provide individualized support to children with special needs or developmental delays
  • To collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement personalized learning plans
  • To maintain accurate records of child progress and communicate effectively with parents

**Salary and Benefits Information**:

Our salary range is £24,481.60-£30,867.20 per annum, pro rata, equating to £14.21-£14.84 per hour if you're early years qualified to level 6 or above, £13.50-£14.84 if you're qualified to level 3, 4 or 5, £11.88 if you're qualified to level 2, or £11.77 if you're not early years qualified.
