Operational Leadership Role
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced operational leader to join our team at CEVA Logistics. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction across our operations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Lead a management team of two direct reports and 120 indirect reports to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction
* Develop and implement effective operational forecasting and planning to drive business growth and efficiency
* Foster a culture of employee engagement, high performance, and continuous improvement through coaching, training, and development opportunities
* Drive outstanding customer service excellence by championing health, safety, and quality activities across the operation
* Implement cost-saving initiatives through effective LEAN and financial KPI targets
* Investigate and resolve problematic issues or failures, implementing solutions and protective measures to mitigate future risk
* Develop and manage operational KPIs, metrics, and reporting packs for the customer
**Requirements:**
* Proven experience in resource and budget management with a track record of designing and developing commercial contracts
* Strong customer focus with the ability to build credible internal and external relationships
* Skilled at managing complex matters and implementing corrective actions
