* Lead a management team of two direct reports and 120 indirect reports to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction
* Develop and implement effective operational forecasting and planning to drive business performance
* Foster a culture of employee engagement, high performance, and continuous improvement
* Drive outstanding customer service excellence and champion health, safety, and quality activities across the operation
* Implement cost-saving initiatives through effective LEAN and financial KPI targets
* Investigate and resolve problematic issues or failures, implementing solutions and protective measures to mitigate future risk
* Develop and manage operational KPIs, metrics, and reporting packs for the customer

**Requirements:**

* Proven experience in resource and budget management
* Experience in designing and developing commercial contracts
* Strong customer focus and ability to build credible internal and external relationships
* Skilled at managing complex matters and implementing corrective actions
