We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our management team and drive operational excellence across our organization.
As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective forecasting and planning of operational activities, as well as driving outstanding customer service excellence.
You will also be responsible for championing health, safety, and quality activities across the operation, and leading and implementing cost-saving initiatives through effective LEAN and Financial KPI targets.
Additionally, you will act as the main point of contact for all operational performance activities, investigating problematic issues or failures, and implementing solutions and protective measures to mitigate future risk.
You will take ownership of all monthly, quarterly, and yearly business reviews, creating reporting packs for the customer on operational KPIs, metrics, and overall performance.
We are looking for a strong leader who can build credible internal and external relationships, challenge the status quo, and manage complex matters with ease.
The successful candidate will have proven experience of resource and budget management, as well as experience of designing and developing commercial contracts.
