**Job Title:** Data Configuration Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Data Configuration Specialist to join our team in Broughton, Chester. This is a contract position with an initial duration of six months, requiring 2-3 days on-site work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Configuration and Data Management team
  • Evaluate and implement effective Change Management across projects
  • Support Release and Deployment Management for hardware and documents
  • Implement a new configuration management system and manage its operations
  • Plan and estimate Configuration Management work
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives
  • Provide training and mentoring to team members
  • Develop strong relationships with project teams, customers, and peers

Requirements:

  • Experience in providing configuration management on aerospace projects
  • Familiarity with modifications to aerospace products
  • Understanding of data management principles
  • Familiarity with Defence Hardware projects is advantageous
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

**Estimated Salary:** £53.50 per hour. We offer a hybrid work environment that balances flexibility with on-site requirements.
