Job Overview

As a Data Automation Specialist at Sykes Cottages Limited, you will play a crucial role in delivering email and app push campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining automated multi-channel journeys using SQL, Automation Studio, and Journey Builder logic.

Key Responsibilities
  • A/B testing to optimise conversion rates and other important metrics.
  • Create, deploy, and maintain landing pages for customer promotions.
  • Manage testing programmes to optimise campaigns and triggered journeys.
  • Campaign reporting to improve campaigns and journeys.
Requirements

You will need to develop technical, data, and CRM skills to excel in this role. Additionally, you will be responsible for the CRM team's administrative duties, including setting up customer promotions. A constant role model for Sykes values, you will ensure they become a way of working. Identify, share, and spread best practices throughout the business and demonstrate excellent teamwork.

The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
